About this page
This site exists to share information about a single boat that is for sale. The only personal information it ever sees is what you choose to send through the contact form. This page describes exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who can see it.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive three things:
- Your name, as you typed it.
- Your email address, as you typed it.
- Your message, as you wrote it.
We do not collect anything else. We do not log your IP address beyond the standard web-server access log, which the hosting provider rotates and overwrites on its own schedule. We do not run analytics, fingerprinting, or any other passive tracking.
Why we collect it
The single purpose is to reply to your inquiry about the boat. Your name lets us address you properly. Your email lets us respond. Your message tells us what you want to know.
That is the only use. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share your information for marketing purposes. We do not retarget or remarket.
How long we keep it
Your submission is kept for up to ninety days after we receive it, then deleted. If we are still actively corresponding with you about the boat at the ninety-day mark, the conversation thread continues until it naturally concludes, after which the records are deleted.
If the boat sells before ninety days, we delete inquiries that did not lead to a sale within thirty days of the sale closing.
Who can see it
The contact form delivers to a private mailbox. Two people can see what you send: Percy and Bo, the owners of the boat. Nobody else has access. There are no employees, no contractors, no marketing firm, and no analytics provider in the loop.
If you ask us to introduce you to a marine surveyor, a transport coordinator, or another professional during the sale process, we will do that explicitly and only with your consent. We will never forward your information without asking first.
No third-party sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, brokers, listing services, or data aggregators. We do not pass it to any third-party platform for any purpose. The form receipt stays inside our private inbox.
The technical exception is the email infrastructure itself: your message travels through standard email servers operated by our hosting provider and major email providers like Google. They process the message in transit and at rest in the same way they process any other email. We do not control their internal handling, but they do not have a separate share-with-us-for-marketing relationship with this site.
Asking us to delete your data
If you would like us to delete what you sent us before the ninety-day mark, reply to any message we have sent you and ask. We will confirm the deletion within seven days.
Cookies
We set one cookie when you submit the contact form, for security only. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and no third-party cookie. See the Cookie Policy for the full disclosure.
